Happy Teacher's Day

Baked Chocolate cookies and Holick Doggies cookies for The teachers.

Instead of giving Roses, we decided to make cookies instead.

For total of 10 teachers, we made 3 batches since morning.

The girls helped out, at least for the appreciation of their teachers.

chocolate Chips Cookies

Yummy ..Chocolate Cookies.
Kinda of popular tea snacks for both adults & children.

My sis in law was thinking of Home made cookies for this

The result is good, not the chewy type.
Quite crispy and lots of chocolate chips in it.

Strawberry Yogurt Pudding

Another attempt on pudding. This time used fresh strawberrys.
I added extra 40 gm of sugar to balance the sourness.

Result:

As good as mango's but need to add slightly more gelatine to have firmer texture. The strawberry puree is more watery than mango's.
